I made a quick charcuterie board for some friends that came over this afternoon. The cheese was a great pairing with the chilled bottle of Sancerre (Domaine Tinel-Blondelet Sancerre Fretoy). This Sancerre was absolutely delicious, easy drinking and refreshing. It was a beautiful golden color with a bright acidic citrus and mineral character.
I rated it a 4.3! I will definitely stock up on a few more bottles going into the summer season.
