Tonight I made a classic meatloaf and paired it with a classic Stags Leap Cab. The 2016 Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full in body. On the palette, notes of dark fruit, spice, oak, vanilla and chocolate are layered together for a smooth mouth feel and a level of complexity and intensity on the finish. I rated this classic Napa Cab a 4.0.
