I enjoyed this beautiful and lucious 2019 Stags Leap Limited Edition Reserve Cab with friends this past Sunday. I rated it a 4.6. I’m definitely stingy with my ratings above 4.0 and even more so above a 4.5 but this one was a real show stopper. So smooth, fabulous with cheese and truffles with its earthy and gamey notes. Also super complimentary with our smoked pork loin, roasted root vegetables with thyme and rosemary that we had for dinner. It was my favorite style of Cab with notes of blackberry, plum, dark cherry, tobacco, chocolate, vanilla and oak. If you haven’t enjoyed this beauty yet, I highly recommend!
