Today after church, my husband and I ventured to Tampa to Cheese Please! We bought 4 cheeses to go, to try on this beautiful Sunday out on our lanai with a bottle of 2020 Albarino. (Albarino D Fefinanes. This citrusy Spanish Albarino has flavors of the tropics, pineapple specifically and notes of lemon, lime, peach, green apple and honey which perfectly complimented the truffle pecorino Romano, Ewephoria and potato chip cheese, yes I said potato chip cheese!
